Return and exchange period
1. The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving the order. The request is submitted after contacting us through the communication channels available through the store.
2. Replacement or return for a reason attributable to the customer: If the return or replacement is for a reason attributable to the customer, in this case the customer bears the shipping costs back and forth.
3. In cases of offers or if shipping is free for specific items from the store, and the customer wishes to return, the customer shall bear the shipping costs there and back.
4. Exchange and return due to a store error or the arrival of an incorrect order: In this case, the store bears the costs of return or exchange.
It is prohibited to return or exchange any product after opening its original packaging.
